The Prince George’s County Social Innovation
Fund (PGCSIF), a sponsored program fund of the Community Foundation for Prince
George’s County, has just announced its Forty Under Forty Awardees for
2012. The initiative is designed to identify and recognize young leaders
in the county and connect them to the nonprofit community and broader civic
activities. The awards presentation will be held on January 31st from 6-8:30 at Bus Boys & Poets in
Hyattsville. For more information about the PGCSIF visit http://innovateprincegeorges.org/. To meet this

launched its #MyBigHope campaign on twitter (@pgcsif) to create a bit of buzz
and optimism for the New Year, and to hear and learn from the community about
their #BigHopes for the County. PGCSIF’s Managing Director, Tonia Wellons,
blogs about the campaign and next steps for the Fund at http://innovateprincegeorges.org/2012/01/40-great-reasons-to-get-excited-about-prince-georges-county-in-2012-2/
